Grand Bazaar Campaign '13

This was the messiest campaign shoot I have worked on so far! But it was great fun to shoot, though gumboots were definitely a must!

Working again for Adelaide Fashion label Alice in La La, I was asked to shoot the campaign for the Adelaide based accessories label, Grand Bazaar. Our main inspiration was the classic 90s movie 'The Craft', so we headed off to a boggy, dark, cold area at the end of the River Torrens to shoot. 

Most of the day was overcast, so we had perfect soft, moody light, but at the end of the shoot the sun appeared to give us some amazing shots with beautiful lens flares.

Paint Make Up School Student Images

A few of my favourite looks from the latest graduating class of Paint Makeup School.

The students at Paint are constantly blowing me away with their skills and concepts. It is great being able to keep up with the latest trends in the Beauty industry, and i love being able to photograph all of these natural beauties!
A few of the girls above are already represented by modelling agencies, but most have never modeled before.

The images are only slightly retouched, in order to let the Make Up Artist's skills show through.

Gourmet Gala Fashion Parades

Some of my favourite shots from the King William Road Gourmet Gala fashion parades, for the opening of the Tour Down Under 2013.

It was my first fashion parade, and lighting conditions were not ideal - the lights reflected an annoying yellow glow onto the models when the got the end of the runway, hence all the shots of bright legs! 

But i had a great time and managed to get some lovely shots.
